We aim to educate on the importance of diversity and representation, as well as the real and perceived barriers to this within modern policing. We act as a critical friend to Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority.

We enable our membership to share experiences and have their views represented at executive level within Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority.

We empower people to reach their true potential and offer a variety of free development opportunities. We have a number of committees where people can make real change on issues that are important to them.
