What we do…
There are a number of committee projects across the work streams within the SWDF. Our committee members are all volunteers. Examples of activities that SWDF committee members are involved in includes:
Attend online and in-person working groups to promote and support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for Police Scotland, representing SWDF.
Support the delivery of events such as SWDF Awards Ceremony and online support/information workshops.
Attend Annual General Meeting to discuss the strategy of the association to ensure members are being supported as best we can.
Work collaboratively with other associations to ensure inclusion and understanding of challenges and ongoing activities.
