Welcome to our website. Our volunteer Executive Committee, Sub-Committee’s and Ambassadors are delighted to share with you the exciting and varied opportunities the SWDF has to offer our membership.

We would like to say a special thank you to you, our members and associates for being part of such a special network that is striving to make a difference. We could not accomplish what we do without your participation and contribution.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Police Scotland, the Scottish Police Authority (SPA) and the Scottish Government for their ongoing support and encouragement.

We ask that you all continue to stay involved and help us shape the future of Scottish policing, the SPA and wider public sector in becoming truly representative and inclusive places to work.
